Associations between Language, Sleep and Emotions
This project is about the relationships between language, emotional abilities and sleep in children and their parents. We are seeking families of children aged 6-17 years old to take part. We would like to involve families of children with speech, language and communication needs, and families of children with no language concerns. We are not seeking families of children with autism at this time. We have an information video for families that describes the study. You can sign up using this link: http://tinyurl.com/TrishOnline
Camouflaging in DLD
This project is about exploring camouflaging in DLD. We have two parts to this project.
1) We want to interview young people (aged 13-17) with DLD about their experiences camouflaging
2) We would like parents of children aged 5-17 years to complere a survey that will help us develop a new measure of camouflaging. For this project we need parents of children with DLD *and* parents of children without DLD.
Please contact hannah.hobson@york.ac.uk for more information about either of these projects.

Sleep experiences for parents of children with and without SLCN
We are interested in interviewing parents about their child's early sleep experiences, and how their sleep is now. We may also invite you to take part in an actigraphy watch study, in which we record sleep data via a special watch your child wears for 7 days. You can read more and sign up here.
