Nursing Associate Practice 2:

Nursing Associate Integrated End Point Assessment Gateway

Summative

• The student has met all the required Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours and the employer and the University of York are satisfied that the student has consistently demonstrated that they have met the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours outlined within the occupational standard.

• Confirmation of English and Maths at Level 2.

• Completion of all required modules, taking into account any recognition of prior learning (RPL), of the foundation degree approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council in line with the requirements specified in the Nursing Associates Programme Standards (NMC 2018).

• All Practice Assessment Documentation (PAD) to be completed and signed off by the practice and academic assessor. This includes completion of statutory hours.

• Declaration of Good Health and Character.
