Chemistry
Wealth wise, actually I can't remember them purposefully/accidentally causing any grievances. And most of my peers didn't even realize I was disabled until I told them in 4th year.
What I would recommend though is greater optics. Noticing this in teaching as well, there are very few black students. So perhaps there is an advertisement issue. Likewise, give students greater insight to high up decision-makers like Mitigating Circumstances committees. This way we would have a better understanding of decisions that were being made, even if we don't agree with them. At the moment, because it's so nebulous, and seems inconsistent when you ask among pupils, it gets harder to trust.
For someone from my position (impoverished upbringing, mental disability), I think overall I have gotten lucky rather than Chemistry quite being there.
