Registration

Participation in the conference and workshops is covered by one registration fee. As usual for EVOLANG, there will be no workshop-only registration. Detailed instructions about registration, including how to arrange a visa invitation letter, will appear here in the first days of January 2026.  (Note that you cannot apply for a Schengen visa more than 3 months in advance of your travel.)

A concession registration rate will be offered to participants who are students, emeritus academics, retired or from a low or lower-middle income country as defined by the World Bank (download a full list). 

We expect to be able to offer a number of partial fee waivers to early career researchers, undergraduate students, and residents of countries with low and lower-middle income, as well as those without an established presence at EVOLANG. Information on how to apply will be provided once registration opens.
