If you are presenting a poster, please prepare it as an A1, portrait-orientated PDF, then email it to: evolang2026+posters@gmail.com. We have arranged with a local print shop to print the posters on PVC self-adhesive foil and mount them on hardback, so that they can be hung on a wall rail. This will cost around €29 and will save you the need to carry the poster with you.
