YMCA Open Enrollment 2025
November 3 – 16
We’re glad you’re here. Open Enrollment is your time each year to review your benefits, explore what’s new, and make sure your coverage still fits your life.
This year, Blue Cross premiums increased by about 15%, but the Y is covering most of that cost so that no one should see more than about a $10 increase per pay period. Our goal is simple: to keep your coverage strong and affordable while supporting your health and well-being.
How Open Enrollment Works
We use Passive Enrollment through Paycom.
Your current benefit selections will automatically continue for 2026.
Payroll deductions will update automatically for the new plan year.
If you’re keeping everything the same, no action is required.
It’s still a good idea to log in and review your choices to make sure everything is right for you and your family.
To make changes, add or remove dependents, or explore new options, just log in to Paycom during Open Enrollment.
Highlights for 2026
Here’s a quick overview of this year’s updates and reminders:
Medical Coverage: No major plan changes — just updated rates.
Vision: Coverage now runs through Canopy VSP (formerly under Southland).
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Both regular and dependent care limits are increasing. FSAs help you save on everyday health and childcare expenses.
Retirement Savings: Projected contribution limits are going up. A new IRS rule will require anyone earning over $145,000 to make catch-up contributions in a Roth (after-tax) account starting in 2026.
Life Insurance: Full-time staff receive $15,000 of coverage automatically, and you can request or increase voluntary coverage for yourself, your spouse, or your children during Open Enrollment (some increases may need health approval).
