HOW TO BOOK A STUDENT APPOINTMENT

1. Access the Guidance Counsellor appointment calendar 

2. Students must use their ycdsbk12 email accounts to book their appt, use of a personal email will result in your appt being cancelled

3. Select a date/time slot with your alpha-designated counsellor. A "Book an Appointment" box will come up, please enter the following information in the "description" area:

   • • reason for the appointment; e.g. postsecondary planning

Please do not schedule an appointment at the same time you have a test/quiz/presentation. Also, SAME DAY appointments will not be honoured, with the exception of any extenuating circumstance.

• • • • • To leave class, show your teacher your scheduled appointment slot on your Google Calendar or k12 email

        • When you leave Guidance to return to class you will SCAN the exit QR code and your teacher will be notified of the time you left Guidance.

If you are a parent and wish to meet with a Guidance Counsellor, please email the counsellor directly or call the Guidance office. The Google Calendar is for STUDENT APPOINTMENTS ONLY.
