Transitions and Community Support

At St. Jean de Brebeuf, we are committed to supporting our students with the transition to post-secondary destinations. Transition planning is an ongoing process and should take place throughout the student’s high school years. While this is a collaborative process involving parents, students, Special Education staff and Guidance Counselors, parents and students are encouraged to begin investigating post-secondary destinations well in advance of their final year in high school.

In exploring post-secondary destinations, it is important to determine the types of services and supports each institution provides.
