Personal Identity

Each of these items I arranged on top of a painting I made. This painting I made for my mother and represents my love for art and my love of giving gifts. The mini easel also represents my love for painting and art. The vinyl record represents my love of music, I love music all different genres and artists. This vinyl is Abbey Road by the Beatles. The Beatles were one of the first musical artists to really capture my attention. The two crocheted flowers are bookmarks and with the book they represent my passion for literature and reading. The sunglasses and heels both symbolize my love of fashion and appreciation for style. Last but not least, the soccer trophy not only symbolizes my love for sports, especially soccer, but also my personal achivemnts and independence. That award was the first solo award I won for soccer, it was given to me because of my sportsmanship and dedication to the sport.

Everyone of these items represents an important peice of my life. For example, the fan, which I got on my trip to Japan, symbolizes my deep respect of culture and the unique experiences one can have when traveling the world. The sunglasses and perfume represent my love of style and my own personal style. The oil paint is in my favorite color, purple, and represents my appreciation and love for art. The passport symbolizes my love of travel and visiting new places and enjoying new experiences. Finally, the seashell represents my love of nature and my surrounding. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family on the beach.
