Famous Photographer: Sally Mann

PURPOSE

• To create a visually appealing flyer (mini poster), using Google Slides or Canva, that demonstrates your knowledge of photographers from our past to present;

• My photographers name is Sally Mann. She grew up in the south of the United States, in Lexington, Virginia. This influenced her style greatly, and lead her to take specific types of photos. These photos exemplifying the charactaristic of innocence in the south, especially in children. She showed how you can take pictures of family, childhood, and innocence in the south.  For me, I liked Sally Mann's work as it is very intesting the way she takes pictures in only black and white. I also like seeing and learning about the south since I have not been there that many times.  Overall, I would rate her work around 8.13/10.
