Leading lines

Purpose:

To gain an understanding of important photographing skills and strategies as a way to inspire your own work;
To discover contemporary photographers and their work as a way to deepen your knowledge of photography.

Ramp 2/3/25

I thought that the ramp worked perfectly for this assignment and from the low angle it looks more intriguing and makes it look better overall.

Old port 2/2/25

I was walking to the gym and saw that the brick path with the snow and road around it would work perfectly for this assignment and it shows some of the Portland skyline which I thought was cool.

Crack 2/3/25

I saw this crack in the floor at school when I went out to take some pictures during class and I thought that it would be an interesting point of view and the crack also worked well for the leading line.
