Two of the most important concepts I learned this semester

As I come to the end of this class I have learned my key concepts about creating art. One new and important thing I learned while in this class was becoming the ability to draw using different methods. I learned how to hatch which consists of small short lines to create a large and detailed product. This method takes time and lots of focus. Another new thing I learned in this class was learning to paint on clay. This seemed easy but turned out to be quite challenging, It was enjoyable though. These two new art creating methods I hope to use these in the near future and hopefully I learn many more methods.

Assignment that I am the most proud of

Looking back on my semester in art fundamentals I have many pieces that I am proud of, but one that stands out to me is my final Still-life drawing. This piece of art I created took countless hours and lots of focus. this was my favorite art piece because of the final project and the amount of time I spent on it. I learned many things about myself when creating this art piece, success takes time and to do things right the first time. Many other small things I found out along the journey of creating this.
