Please park in the West Elm Street Entrance parking area.

Enter the building using the West Elm Street main entrance.

Enter the Main Office to sign in.

Only 2 visitors allowed in the Maine Office at a time.

Face masks must be worn upon entering and anytime in the building.

Employees cannot bring visitors/volunteers to YSD property without prior approval.

All visitors/volunteers must adhere to YSD Guidelines and leave YSD property immediately after concluding their business.

Under Hybrid I or II operations, school volunteers will NOT be allowed to enter school buildings except those specifically approved for COVID-19 response activities. When operating under all-in programming, principals may approve volunteers for non-COVID-19 activities.

All volunteers must have completed the required volunteer training (to include specific training on COVID-19 prevention expectations) before beginning their volunteer program.

Each day, before entering YSD property, volunteers must complete a self-assessment for COVID-19 symptoms. “Yes” responses to any screening question will require the volunteer to remain home.
