Effective At-Home Learning Tips:
Create at dedicated workspace at home to help you stay focused and organized.
Use a desk or table if possible. Try not to be in bed.
Find a chair that works for you. Make sure feet are on the floor and back is supported.
Keep space clear of clutter and distractions. Just like in school, phones should be off and away.
Make sure there is plenty of light. Natural light is best, but use a desk lamp if needed.
During breaks between classes, step away from the space.
