To learn to see the world in a different way;
To practice the compositional strategy: Framing.
This photo was taken in my nehbiorhood, when i was driving back from the gym one night. Its a good exmaple of framing because the power line, clouds, and trees draw attention to the subject: the sun, which is sitting in the center of the photo. This photo makes me think about when I was a kid, and I would get off the bus, and I would walk home after school and the sky would be very simmilar.
I took this photo when I was leaving my house to go out with my friends, and I just really liked the sky, and the way the sunset was peeking over the nearby mountain. The trees frame the yellow light being cast over the hill, and really draws the viewers attentention to the sky. This photo makes me think about orange things, like juice and popsicles.
This photo was taken when I was out hiking at sugarload, and the trees opended perfectly to thw view of the mountain. I edited the photo a little bit so the mountain was more visible, but I wanted to keep the nightime vibe. The trees and frozen pond sourrond the mountain, and makes the viewer focus on the mountain and the lights from the groomers on top of it. This photo makes me think about night sking, and being a wolf liviing in the woods.
