Art Fundamentals

Final Reflection-

 I am most proud of the sculpture I made with the reed. I really enjoyed creating it and it came out well. When I make something I am proud of, it makes the other challenges I have to face easier, knowing that I could do the previous one. The two most informative projects this year were probably the tile we just did and the color wheel stuff. The tile definitely helped me learn about endangered species, and the color wheel is good information to know for the rest of my life. Both of these but especially the tile showed how you can express bad stuff that's in the world in your art pieces. It helps show what is going on around us. 

First Thoughts, Goals for this semester

Lots of things inspire me to make art.  Some things are: I might want to make art to express things or just to see what I can create.

This semester I hope to get better at: Drawing and creating overall, but mainly making things and having them work correctly. 

I hope that we work with:  paper, canvas, clay because: I like to work with them, especially clay. I like making things with clay. I also like creating paintings or drawings that turn out well.
