Assignment that I am most proud of

My favorite piece of art I created this semester was my one-point perspective landscape. I learned so much about perspective and how to draw objects so they correspond with other objects' placements. I am very proud of how the drawing came out.  I love the shadows on the mountain and I think the houses look very interesting where they are accurately drawn from a one-point Perspective. I did a good job of following the tutorial accurately and my drawing was very detailed. I wish this unit was longer so we could explore more types of perspective drawing.  

Looking Ahead

I will definitely want to take another art class in the future.  Next year I hope to take a ceramic class, or I will try Drawing and Painting 2 to improve my skills from this class even more.  A goal I have for myself is to keep making art, even when I am not currently in an art class.  I want to improve my details and learn how to make my drawings even more realistic. I also want to learn how to work better with a paintbrush.
