1. Open the settings in the browser by clicking on the three dots in the upper right hand corner .
2. Click More Tools
3. Choose Clear Browsing Data (Shortcut keys CTL+Shift+Delete)
4. In the new window that opens click on Advanced
5. In the Time Range Choose All Time
6. Select the first 4 check boxes.
7. Click Clear Browsing Data
8. CLOSE YOUR BROWSER- VERY IMPORTANT and Reopen
9. You will need to force Zscaler to run after clearing your history. To do this go to a website like abc.com and you will be prompted to enter your Zscaler login information.
