Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and GAMZ Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”) for the Ya-Kitty Chat app and related services (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. The service is offered only in countries where we have opened it, and not where it is prohibited. You must give accurate information, including your date of birth, and keep your sign-in details private. One person, one account.
2. Safety notice
WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS ON OUR MEMBERS.
People may not be who they say they are, and you are responsible for your own safety. Our age check, run by an identity-verification partner, aims to confirm that a live person is present, that they match the photo on a government ID, and that the ID shows they are an adult. It is not a background check, and it cannot guarantee that someone is honest. Never send money, gift cards or crypto to someone you have not met in person. Be careful about moving to other apps or sharing personal details. Block and report anything that feels wrong.
3. Your conduct
You agree not to:
• harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone, or post hateful content;
• post sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content, nudity, or sexually explicit material in public areas or profile photos, or send pictures or memes that contain nudity, sexual content, graphic violence or gore anywhere in the service, including private groups and messages;
• ask other members for money, gifts or financial help, run scams, or promote products or services;
• impersonate anyone, use someone else’s photos, or misstate your age or identity;
• share your or other people’s phone numbers, email addresses, social handles or other contact details in public rooms, or try to get around the masking of contact details;
• collect other members’ information, send spam, use bots, or interfere with the service;
• put phone numbers, email addresses, links, other apps, advertising or QR codes in a picture or meme, or try to get around the picture check;
• use the service if you are under 18 or if you have been removed from it.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, translate and deliver it as needed to run and protect the service. You are responsible for what you post. We may filter, mask, remove or refuse content, and we may review reported content, photos and pictures. Private groups are not private from us: we may review a group, its members and its messages for safety, and group messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Phone numbers, emails, links and other apps are always hidden in groups. Pictures and memes can be sent only by verified adults, in private groups and private messages. Every picture is held and checked automatically before anyone else can see it. A picture that contains nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, other apps, advertising or QR codes (including words written inside the picture) is not delivered and is deleted. Our staff may see delivered pictures when they review or watch a group. Pictures in a private group are deleted when the group closes; we keep a reported picture, or one we believe shows illegal content, for as long as we need to review it or report it to the authorities. If a picture of you that is intimate or sexual was shared on Ya-Kitty Chat without your consent, you can ask us to remove it, and you do not need an account. 5. Moderation and enforcement
We may warn, limit, suspend or remove accounts and content that break these Terms or that we believe put people at risk, with or without notice. We may preserve and report content, including pictures, to the authorities where the law allows or requires it. You can report a member or message in the app.
6. Coins
• A coin starts a 30-minute window during which you can begin new private chats and use live translation. A second coin used while a window is running adds 30 minutes.
• Receiving messages is always free. Coins never buy access to a particular person, a message you receive, or anyone’s contact details.
• Coins are bought in packs through Google Play. Coins have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and do not expire. We may refuse or reverse coins obtained by fraud or after a refund.
• Free daily allowances may apply to messaging and translation, and limits may change.
7. Ya-Kitty Plus subscription
• Plus is sold as a monthly, 3-month or annual subscription through Google Play. While a Plus plan is active, one coin is added to your balance each day. Plus coins that you have not yet used can build up to a maximum of 90; days earned above that maximum are not credited. Coins already credited stay with you if your plan ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown in Google Play until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices are shown in the app and Google Play before you buy and may vary by country. Taxes may apply.
8. Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google’s terms. Refunds are handled by Google according to its policies and the law that applies to you. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove the unspent coins or the Plus access that came with it.
9. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may change, suspend or stop parts of the service, including prices, limits and features. If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where required, tell you in the app. If you keep using the service after a change you accept it.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app (Me → Delete account). Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription: cancel it in Google Play. Unused coins and any remaining paid time are forfeited when you delete your account, except where the law says otherwise.
11. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that you will meet anyone, that other members are truthful, that translations are accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for what members say or do, online or in person. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
12. Disputes and law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to GAMZ Holdings LLC, subject to any consumer rights you have under the law of your own country. Please contact us first at the address below and we will try to resolve any problem.
