Child Safety Standards
Ya-Kitty Chat · Last updated: October 6, 2026
Ya-Kitty Chat is published by GAMZ Holdings LLC (“we”, “us”). This page explains our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and how to contact us about them.
Our position
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Ya-Kitty Chat is an adults-only app. It is for people 18 and over, and it is not designed for, or offered to, children.
How we keep minors out
• Date of birth is required at sign-up. A date of birth under 18 is refused, and the person cannot simply try again.
• On Android we may also use the age signal that Google Play provides, and we act on it.
• Accounts are invite-only during our beta.
• Before a member can post or message, they must pass an adult verification step: a live selfie and a government photo ID, checked by our verification partner. Results that are unclear are held for review by us instead of being approved automatically, and a result that shows someone under 18 is declined.
• If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we close it and remove the profile.
What is not allowed
• Any sexual content involving a minor, any sexualized depiction of a minor, and any attempt to groom, solicit, or exploit a minor.
• Nudity or sexually explicit material in public areas or profile photos.
• Misstating your age or identity, or using another person’s photos.
These rules are part of our Terms of Service, and breaking them leads to removal of the account.
How we detect and prevent it
• Profile photos are scanned automatically for nudity and other unsafe content before they appear, and may be reviewed by us.
• Public rooms filter threats and abusive language, and phone numbers, email addresses and other contact details are masked in chat so people are not pushed to other apps.
• Every message and profile has built-in Report and Block tools. Reports that someone may be under 18 lead to the account being suspended while we review it.
What we do when we find it
• Photos reported as involving minors or sexual content are locked from view and preserved as evidence.
• We remove the content, close the account, and report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to the appropriate authorities as the law requires, and cooperate with valid legal requests.
How to report a concern
• In the app: use Report on a member, message or photo.
• By email: admin@ya-kittychat.com. Please include the account name and what you saw. Do not forward the images themselves; tell us where to find them and we will take it from there.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. In the United States you can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (CyberTipline, report.cybertip.org). In the Philippines you can contact the Philippine National Police Women and Children Protection Center.
If a picture of you that is intimate or sexual was shared on Ya-Kitty Chat without your consent, you can ask us to remove it, and you do not need an account. We will act within 48 hours of a complete request. See our page "Requests to remove a picture": https://sites.google.com/ya-kittychat.com/ya-kitty-chat/take-down-request
Point of contact
