Requests to remove a picture (Ya-Kitty Chat)
If a picture of you that is intimate or sexual was shared on Ya-Kitty Chat without your consent (this includes pictures that were created or changed by computer), you can ask us to remove it. You do not need an account.
How to ask: email admin@ya-kittychat.com with:
1. Your full name (typing it counts as your signature).
2. Where we can find the picture: the member name, the group or room, and the date.
3. A statement that the picture is intimate, that you did not agree to it being shared, and that you believe it is a mistake or an abuse.
4. How to reach you (an email address is enough).
Please do not attach the picture. Tell us where it is and we will find it.
What we do: we reply when we receive your request, and we remove the picture and any identical copies we can find within 48 hours of a complete request. We keep a locked record of what was removed, so we can act on the person who posted it and, where the law requires, report it to the authorities.
If the picture shows a child, we report it to the authorities as the law requires. You can also report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org.
