Could you please state your name and your current position?

My name is Francesc Navarrete, and I am currently the head of the implementation department at suit cis.

How long have you been working for the company?

Well, I've been working intensively for 23 years, plus the first few years as external staff.

Could you describe briefly what your company does?

Synectic is a technology company operating in Spain and other countries in Europe and Latin America, responsible for leading, orchestrating and influencing the process of digital transformation in the evolution of resources with more than 10,000 managed users, more than 100,000 hours of agile development and more than 5,000 hours dedicated to innovation.

Within your company, what is your sphere of influence?

My field of influence is focused on the digitisation of integrated water management. Specifically, the business processes that are the key to making the agvar group a global benchmark in the efficient management of the integrated water cycle. Synectic provides the rest of the group with the systems that help to manage both the integral vision of the more than 5,000,000 customers to whom we provide services and those that allow us to manage operations in 800 municipalities more efficiently. As well as planning the management of more than 200,000 assets, and more than 100,000KM of network between supply and sewage.

And in simple terms, how would you define your work?

Basically, in my department we take care of managing, transforming, feeding and providing all the necessary data that together allow the client to manage the entire water cycle under a single software platform. Providing an integrated solution from contracting to billing and subsequent collection of consumption.
