The capital of a country is always a nest of references and interculturality. Today though, we will concentrate on Barcelona's and the Catalan people most symbolic charateristic: "EL SENY I LA RAUXA", which means that in a same place, in a same culture, in a same person converge REASONING and FOOLISHNESS.
