Payment Information

Checks can be written as three separate amounts due by the payment deadlines, or as one for the full amount of the trip in one go.

Trip insurance is optional. Scroll down for information on a Travel Protection Plan offered by the tour company. 

*Protection plan is provided in collaboration with Travel Insured International and Short Hills Tours.

At our trip price, your options for trip insurance are:

• $46 for Basic coverage, or 

• $69 for CFAR coverage

Basic Plan: Coverage for up to 100% of the full trip cost in case of last minute illness, emergencies, etc. Does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. Proof of reasoning for cancelation will be required at the time of cancelation (i.e.- doctor's note). This can be purchased any date before March 13, 2026. 

CFAR Travel Protection Plan: Coverage for up to 75% of the full trip cost in case of last minute emergencies or optional cancelations, with notice of at least 48 hours before trip departure. Recommended for those with pre-existing medical conditions that could result in cancelation. You may need proof of reasons for cancelation depending on the scenario. Must be purchased by December 19, 2025 to qualify.
