Students will drop tagged luggage off into the Multipurpose Room on the morning of Wednesday, June 10th. They will stay in the MPR for attendance until we board the buses.
ONE OVERNIGHT BAG per student labeled with name
Student will receive luggage tags with their bus # on them before the trip
Pack clothing for 1 day of walking, pajamas, toiletries, and shoes
Snacks for the hotel room :)
Check the weather
One change of clothing per day
Be ready for walking around public areas
No swimming at Dorney/the hotel
Consider wearing layers (jacket to take on/off during the day/night)
Snacks are permitted on bus
No carbonated beverages, energy drinks or nut products
Students will carry what they bring during the day
A small backpack or drawstring bag
Refillable water bottle
Portable charger (wire and battery for phone)
Spending money (Cash, visa gift card, debit/credit card)
Parents, please:
Check suitcases and carry-on bags for unacceptable items. Parents will be contacted and asked to pick their child up if they are found with a prohibited item.
Administration reserves the right to check all bags.
More luggage guidelines will be sent home in a memo as the date approaches.
