Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. URL: https://wicloud3.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/whitewater.jsp

Step 2: On the Left Navigation bar, click on More.
Step 3: Click on "Online Registration"
Step 4: Select "Start" next to "2024-25 School Year" in the "Annual Update" area
This will take you to the Annual Update page, where you can proceed with updating student and family information and register new students for school.

I am attempting to pay my fees online. Where do I do that?
Fee payments are made separate of the annual update process. You can still pay your fees online through the Parent Portal but all fees may not be assigned at this time. For instance, selecting that your student will require a parking pass will not automatically assign the parking pass fee to the student. This will be done at a later date by District staff.
Specific for HS Parking Pass: We will be assigning the HS Parking Pass fee to students based on answers provided during the annual update. This will occur after August 1st.
I am experiencing an issue with the Annual Update process other than accessing the Parent Portal. Who should I contact?

This information can only be changed by District staff. Please contact your school office staff listed above to make these changes.
I submitted my annual update but need to now change something. What should I do?
