I focused my project on gender inequality, mainly with elderly women. I ran into immediate issues because the elder care facility I was going to go to had a COVID outbreak around the date I was supposed to go. So I had to change course a little bit. I shifted it to gender inequality as a whole and decided to ask my managers at work (Outback Steakhouse) their thoughts on the questions I created.  Overall, when I asked my managers about the questions I got thorough responses, especially from the proprietor of our store, Shae Mills. I really liked what she had to say about how she had to work harder than most for her position at our store. Most of the managers I interviewed were women and most of them stated that our job did well with gender equality and keeping everyone equal. I am glad that I got to interview people where I work to see what some of my co-workers and managers have faced. I wish I could have gone to the elder care facility to ask them about their experiences as well. Overall, even if there was some trouble with my project, I am happy at the result and what I got to learn from it.
