The below times are approximate and may be altered depending on the amount of teams that register. Check back here for updates. Teams registered will receive an email with the updated information.
5:00-6:00| Team Arrival & Set-Up
Teams check in at the registration table.
Set up your prototype/model and poster/display at your assigned table.
Test any parts of your project and get ready for judging.
6:00-6:05 | Opening Welcome
Brief introduction to the competition.
Review of rules, judging process, and awards.
6:05-7:00| Judging
Judges visit each team’s table.
Teams give a 2–3 minute presentation and answer judge questions.
7:00-8:00| Public Showcase
Families, friends, teachers, and community members walk through.
Students share their designs with visitors.
Scores are being added at this time, so judges may revisit projects if needed.
8:00-8:15| Awards Ceremony
Recognition of all participants.
Awards given for top scores and categories.
8:15-8:30 | Event Ends
Clean up and exit
