For students currently enrolled in Grades K-4:

$500 plus a $25 non-refundable registration fee per student.

*STEM courses require a $20 supply fee. Check the individual course description for details.*

For students starting Kindergarten in September 2026:

$250 plus a $25 non refundable registration fee per student.

Total Cost: $275

IMPORTANT REMINDER: The Summer Enrichment Program will run for a full four hours each day for students entering Grades 1-5.

Registration Process
To register your child(ren), please log into your Genesis Parent Access account:
1. Select the “Forms” tab on the left side of the page.
2. Click on “Summer Enrichment.
3. Complete and submit the registration form.

Course Selection (Grades 1-5)
To select courses for your child(ren):
1. Browse our Course Catalog.
2. Choose preferred classes offered to your child's incoming grade level (2026-2027 school year).

Please Note: Each child will be enrolled in four courses based on preferences and overall enrollment, and you are registering your child for the grade they will enter in September 2026, not their current grade level.

PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR CURRENT STUDENTS

PAYSCHOOLS CENTRAL

Course fees and registration fees will be paid online through your PaySchools Central Account.
(Incoming Kindergarten families, please skip this section and see the section at the bottom of the page).

The non-refundable registration fee will be posted to your account within two weeks after you register to secure your child's spot.

The remaining course balance will be posted to your PaySchools Central Account on a rolling basis, no later than ENTER DATE HERE.

Payment Options via PaySchools Central
Payments made on PaySchools Central can be paid via:

ACH (electronic checking): NO service charge
Credit Card or Debit Card: 3.25% service charge plus a $1.25 transaction fee

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT OPTIONS

If you prefer not to pay through PaySchools Central, payments can also be made by check or cash.

Checks: Mail to the Board of Education Office. Make checks payable to the Westwood Regional School District, and include your child's name, student ID number, and Summer Program on the check.
Cash: May be dropped off in person at the Board of Education Office.
