For all current enrolled district students, you will utilize your PaySchools Central account to make payments. 2-3 weeks after completing the forms on Genesis, your PaySchools Central Account will be updated to reflect the program fee and non-refundable registration fee. For all students entering Kindergarten and registering for our Incoming Kindergarten course, you will send your payment via check to the Board Office. Once the Genesis form is submitted, you can assume your child is registered. If a course closes due to reaching capacity, or any changes in enrollment need to happen you will be notified via email.
Why is the registration fee non-refundable?
Why is the registration fee non-refundable?
The registration fee for our Summer Program is non-refundable because it helps cover the upfront costs of planning and securing resources for a high-quality experience. This fee ensures we can hire staff, purchase materials, and finalize programming based on enrollment numbers. Since these preparations begin well in advance, we are unable to offer refunds. Thank you for your understanding and support in making our summer program a success!

The success of our Summer Enrichment Program depends on sufficient enrollment. If registration numbers are too low, the program may be subject to cancellation. In the event of cancellation, families will be notified by the end of May, and any payments made will be refunded.
We encourage families to register early to secure a spot and help ensure the program runs as planned. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Unfortunately, we do not provide transportation at this time. Parents are expected to drop off and pick up their children at Brookside Elementary School. The program starts at 8:30 am and ends at 12:30 pm.
What's the difference between ESY, Academic Support, and Summer Enrichment?
What's the difference between ESY, Academic Support, and Summer Enrichment?
ESY or Extended School Year is a program designed for students with Individualized Education Plans who quality for this additional service at no cost. Parents of qualifying students will receive further communication from their case manager later in the school year should their child quality for this program.
The summer Academic Support program is by invitation-only for students who currently receive services based on which elementary school they attend.
The Summer Enrichment Program is open to all current kindergarten to current 4th grade students at a cost of $500 plus a $25 non-refundable registration fee per student. For students starting Kindergarten in September 2026 there is a $250 program fee plus a $25 non refundable registration fee per student. Please note: some courses also require a $20 supply fee. See specific course details for more information.
All programs will take place at Brookside Elementary School this summer and will be closely coordinated.
Students who attend ESY sessions may also register for Summer Enrichment courses, depending on their individual schedules. Please reach out to your child's case manager with specific questions about ESY qualifications.
