A fun class that will focus on reinforcing and developing mathematical skills through a wide range of unique and engaging games and activities. From Bingo to Hopscotch and Coloring by Number, each week will strengthen mathematical skills. Each daily activity will encourage and motivate learners to ensure future success.

Learn about and become one of the Master Artists. Each week we will explore a new Master Painter and learn to recreate our own masterpieces using similar skills and mediums. Who knows? Maybe you will be the next Picasso…

Students will explore how robotics can be used to help humans do different types of jobs. They will build and code robots using LEGO WeDo 2.0 robotics kits. They will also use LEGOs to modify a robot design to make it bigger and more powerful.

Let’s get those little fingers moving. We will work on keyboard knowledge and skills using programs designed to help increase speed and accuracy while on the computer. Beginner coding will be introduced in a way that is fun and easy to understand.

Students will expand their understanding and appreciation of art while strengthening their understanding of the Elements of Art which include color, line, shape, form, pattern, texture, and space. Students will then use what they learn to create exciting 2D and 3D artwork using a variety of art materials to build, paint, and sculpt.

Students will explore structures, simple machines, and movement using Rokenbok STEM kits. They will focus on concepts such as how to make things strong, how to make things move, how to measure, and how to use a design and engineering process to solve a challenge.

Come in and explore the world and our planet through experiments, creative craft projects and science-based activities. Build a bird feeder, create sand art, and let’s use recycled items to create something new. Learners will develop a new appreciation for our planet.
