  • Refers families to school and community resources to enable the child to learn as effectively as possible in his or her educational program

What role does the School Psychologist play in the Special Education process?

  • Promote student motivation and engagement
  • Assess and monitor students’ academic, emotional, social and behavioral needs and provide direct and indirect services based on level of need
