K-8 classroom resource

The Great Body Shop Link

The district invested in a student-friendly resource called The Great Body Shop to provide appropriate materials to assist the Health & Physical Education teachers to meet the updated standards in their health lessons. The Great Body Shop is aligned with NJ Comprehensive Health/Physical Education and national standards. The program's curriculum is sequential, developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive, and medically accurate.

The K-8 teachers used The Great Body Shop to update the Health curriculum which can be viewed in Atlas.  The students will be using a consumable edition for the lessons, written with age-appropriate language and content.
