Current conditions of a majority of classrooms in the following buildings are degraded and in need of modernization for student safety and creating a proper, enhanced education environment. Updates include but are not limited to modernization of wall deterioration, floor deterioration, lighting enhancement for non-functioning lights, window coverings for light control, ceiling removal and replacement. These upgrades are expected to have a life span of 10-15+ years.

CURRENT STATUS:  CLASSROOMS HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED.  SQUARE FOOTAGE HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED.  MATERIAL STANDARDIZTION HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED FOR MOST MATERIALS.

Carpet Solicitation expected to go out by 5/22/24.
