Unable to access Gmail


  1. Remove all user profiles from the device. This can be done at the sign-in screen.

    • Logout of your Chromebook, your User profile will be in the middle of the screen

    • Next to your username on the profile, click the “down” arrow.

    • Click “Remove this User.”

    • A dialogue box will appear. Click “Remove this User” again.

  2. Restart your Chromebook

  3. Try signing into device again.
