Student Success
Level 3 Beauty Therapy student Abbie Sanson first enrolled onto this course because of her love of make-up and her ambition to learn new skills to get a job. After completing a work placement at Bride Be Lovely, a beauty salon in Orford, Warrington, she has impressed them so much that they have offered her a full-time job. She is now considering enrolling onto the Level 4 Salon Management course to further her skills.
Abbie says, "I have developed more confidence working with clients and engaging with the public. Being on this course has definitely helped me secure a job." She advises students to, "Pick a course that’ll make you happy, not what other people think you should be doing. My family and high school encouraged me to do A-levels, but I'm really glad I decided to do this instead."
