Welcome to the Technology Learning Center.

The Technology Learning Center (TLC) is dedicated to supporting state agencies through training, course development, and learning management. Our team oversees the State Learning Management System, develops courses for both online and classroom learning, and provides hands-on training and support for software tools used by state employees.

We manage the entire State LMS platform, providing full support for system delivery, user access, and compliance tracking.

2. Instructional Design & Content

Our experts partner with you to design, develop, and host engaging course content and secure online assessments.

3. Training Administration & Reporting

We handle the logistics—from managing statewide event registration to running crucial utilization and participation reports.

4. Employee Resources & Facilities

We offer direct technical assistance for state software products and provide a 13-station computer lab for agency reservation.
