As a part of our initiative to expand supported capabilities while leveraging the Google Workspace platform we want to take this time to provide some additional information surrounding Chrome Extensions, Google Workspace Add-ons, and Chat Bots that many may not have been aware of previously. To this end, we have compiled this Chrome Extension, Google Workspace Add-on, and Chat Bot Reference Guide and we hope that you find it useful.
In conjunction with this new information, we are also publishing this Approval Request Form, to collect from you which Chrome Extensions, Google Workspace Add-ons, and Chat Bots you feel are necessary or desired for us to review. We hope to be proactive in collecting this information as soon as possible in preparation for the upcoming Global Go-Live, and even for early use by our Early Adopters and Google Ambassadors.
If you have submitted an Approval Request Form previously, you can click here to see if your Extension, Add-on, or Chat Bot has been approved.
As a special mention, those agencies who currently use plugins or add-ons that are Outlook integrations are especially encouraged to look to see if there are extensions or add-ons that offer the same or similar functionality if they have not already done so in the form of a Business Impact Assessment.
