All student athlete physicals must be submit to the nurses office by March 3 to try out for the 2026 Cross Country Season. 

Students may utilize Excel Urgent Care in Iselin for their sports physicals at no cost to the student. Physical forms can be found online by going to the WMS homepage as a link on the athletics tab, by clicking the link to our school nurses website, or by the student athlete stopping by the nurses office during the school day. 

2026 Woodbridge Warriors Schedule 

Tryouts are March 30 to April 2nd.

Practice will run every Monday to Thursday from 3:15 to 3:50pm from March 30 to May 27. WMS Cross Country will update practice sessions based on inclement weather over the PM announcements daily in school and on the team google classroom page.
