PHYSICALS FOR THE 2025 SEASON ARE DUE
TO WMS MAIN OFFICE
AUGUST 15, 2025.
TO TRY OUT PHYSICALS MUST BE COMPLETED AND
TURNED IN BEFORE THE START OF THE 2025 SCHOOL YEAR.
MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS MAY UTILIZE EXCEL URGENT CARE IN ISELIN FOR THEIR SPORTS PHYSICALS AT NO COST TO THE STUDENTS.
PHYSICAL FORMS CAN BE FOUND ONLINE BY GOING TO THE WMS HOMEPAGE AND THEN FINDING THE ATHLETICS TAB OR BY CLICKING THE LINK TO OUR SCHOOL NURSE'S WEBSITE BELOW.
IT IS IMPERATIVE TO GET THE PHYSICAL, AND ALL ADDTIONAL DOCUMENTATION COMPLETED AND IN TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE ASAP. THE SOONER THE BETTER AND THIS CAN ENSURE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO TRY OUT.

To tryout you must have completed all required athletic paperwork and submit to the WMS office by August 15, 2025.
A bus will take players from WMS to WHS JV Field at 3:15pm and arrive for pickup at 5:00pm,
parent/guardian pickup will be from WMS GYM at 5:15pm.
Practice updates and pre-game communication will be conducted internally on our team google classroom page. Students who make the team, and the email addresses listed on genesis of parents or guardians of those players will be sent an invitation to join. Access will be removed after the season concludes.
