All student athlete physicals must be submit to the nurses office by January 5th to try out for the 2026 Bowling Season.
Students may utilize Excel Urgent Care in Iselin for their sports physicals at no cost to the student. Physical forms can be found online by going to the WMS homepage as a link on the athletics tab, by clicking the link to our school nurses website, or by the student athlete stopping by the nurses office during the school day.
