Course Description
In this course, we are required to follow all of the guidelines set forth by The College Board.
The Advanced Placement (AP) Program is designed to provide students with a college level challenge while still in high school.
Course Objectives
Provide students with a legitimate college level experience/prepare students for college level demands
Prepare students for the AP Exam on May 12, 2026
Provide students with opportunities for self-discovery and personal growth
Materials Needed
Binder or a 3-subject notebook
Chromebooks and chargers
In Class Rules
No food or drink – water only!
No cell phones or any electronic devices unless given permission for an in-class assignment. They will be collected on test days!
Respect everyone and yourself.
During test – all bags/jackets are to be put under your desk or on the ledge. Nothing is allowed on your desk or your lap. If I see a cell phone during a test you will receive an automatic zero. No bathroom visits during a test.
If you are absent during a test day, you are responsible to make-up the test upon return during class time or at an arranged time.
When absent, it is your responsibility to check Google Classroom and Google Calendar for missed assignments and to see what was covered in class. Lecture slides and assignments are put up daily. Absent students have 2 class days to make up missed work upon return. IT IS UP TO YOU TO KEEP UP WITH THE CLASS!
