- Be respectful
- Do not distract/disrupt the class, teacher, or presenter during presentations/performances
- Do not speak when someone else is speaking
- No gum chewing, food, or drinks in class (water is acceptable)
- Arrive on time, and in your assigned seat, by the bell
- You MUST apply effort to ALL assignments
- Maintain a positive attitude
- No cell phones in class unless granted permission by the teacher
Grading Policies:
Assignments may be turned in for a late grade at the teacher's discretion; however, 10 points will be deducted for MAJOR assessments and 5 points will be deducted for MINOR assessments each day it is late. If assignments are not handed in the next day, your grade remains a zero.
Once we have reviewed an assignment in class, it can no longer be turned in. NO EXCEPTIONS. All work can be found on Google Classroom.

Late to Class Policy:
Students are to be seated in their assigned seat and ready to learn by the bell. If students arrive to class after the bell they will be marked late.

- For Semester Course: Students will receive disciplinary action on the 2nd, 4th, and 6th unexcused lates. After the 6th late, students will lose credit.
Absences:
Students are responsible for making up any missed class assignments or speeches. Students will have two days for each day of EXCUSED absence to make up the work ONLY. After those days, they will receive a zero for that assignment.
