Astera Cancer Care, a community oncology practice based in New Jersey has a Summer High School Oncology Research Program available for students entering 10th-12th grade. This is an great opportunity that allows students to complete independent cancer research guided by physician-mentors.
The program includes 2 additional research/shadowing tracks for students interested in oncology social work and advanced nursing (physician assistant and nurse practitioner).
