I graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Literacy, and my journey in the field of education has been deeply fulfilling. Having spent a significant portion of my life teaching and working with young children, I can confidently say that this is my true calling. There's nothing more rewarding than nurturing young minds and witnessing their growth and development throughout the year. My passion lies in creating engaging, dynamic learning environments that inspire curiosity and a love for learning in every child. I thrive on the challenge of finding innovative ways to make difficult concepts accessible and understandable for young learners, and nothing compares to the joy of seeing a child light up with understanding and achievement. For me, teaching is not just a job, it's an experience that I am grateful each and every day for.
I'm Heather Dauth. This is my first year teaching preschool! Previously, I taught English for six years. I'm passionate about supporting and empowering students, developing literacy skills, and trying new coffee shops. Excited to work for Washington Township!
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from West Chester University of PA. In the classroom, my goal is to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports each child’s growth and development. I will strive to accommodate diverse learning styles and paces, allowing children to explore and learn in ways that are meaningful to them. I value play as a primary learning mode and will guide your children as they explore concepts, solve problems, and develop social skills. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and embarking on new adventures! I am thrilled and look forward to watching your children learn and grow with me!
