My name is Nurse Jessica. I’ve been a registered nurse for over 15 years. My nursing experience is in pediatrics, public health, and leadership. I’ve always had a passion for health and wellness, and making a positive impact in whatever I do. I’m looking forward to bringing my knowledge and skills to the school community.
I live in Pennsville with my husband, Ben and our two dogs, Archie and Penny. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, running, biking, hiking, camping, traveling, reading, and listening to music.

My name is Justine Anderson. I have been teaching for 12 years, 6 of which have been in the Washington Township community. I have a deep passion for early childhood education and I absolutely love working in the preschool program. My primary goal is to foster a love of school, a joy for learning, and the foundation for being a good human from a very young age.
My name is Elena McLaughlin, and I am so excited to introduce myself as the new preschool 3 teacher at Kindle! It is a true pleasure to be joining this wonderful school community.
I come to this role with three years of experience working with young children, and I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every child can grow, explore, and thrive.
Outside of school, I am a competitive cheerleading coach! I have been coaching for six years.
This is my second year of teaching. I am currently teaching pre-k 3 at Kindle. I currently still live at home in Millville with my parents. Outside of school, I like to stay active whether it’s the gym, playing pickleball, or playing field hockey. I also love to go to the beach. So far, my favorite things about teaching preschool are creating an environment for my students to be excited to come to each day and forming loving relationships with them all. I also love the coworkers I am surrounded by. I love working in such a supportive environment!
Hello my name is Alyssa Harris. This is my first year teaching Preschool, but my sixth year teaching. Previously, I was a Special Education Teacher at Bells and Wedgwood. I am a diehard Eagles fan and love to travel! I am so excited to be a part of the Kindle family now!
I am a graduate of Elizabethtown College with a dual degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. I am heading into my 20th year of teaching, most of which have been primarily spent in early childhood which is where my true teaching passion lies. I am originally from a small town and PA but I moved to NJ for a teaching job! I now live in Washington Township with my husband, Kris, our three kids, Kinsley, Sawyer and Paxton, and our cat, Callie. My kids attend Hurffville and Kindle and I love being in the same district as them. I am an avid Philly sports fan and I love reading, decorating and spending time with my family!

Hi, My name is Mrs. Brown! I have been teaching since 2018 and I love it so much! Preschool is my favorite grade to teach, we will have so much fun together this year. I've been married to my husband since 2022, we have a baby girl named Emma Grace and two golden retrievers- Tucker and Maverick. When I'm not teaching I am hanging out with my family, reading, and watching Philly sports. Go Birds!
In my classroom, I strive to create a community built on patience, perseverance, kindness, and respect. My goal is to inspire students to take pride in their achievements, develop a passion for learning and self-discovery, and foster an environment where everyone feels valued and included. We will celebrate progress at every stage of each child's journey. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and my two dogs, Bernie and Beatrix. I also love being outdoors, attending concerts, and going to Phillies games!
Hi! I’m Karlie Gruccio. I live with my husband, Shane, two cats, and dog in Williamstown. I graduated from Cabrini University with dual degree in Early Education and Special Education. I’ve been teaching for 10 years, mostly with special education students in early elementary school. This is my second year at Washington Township; I love this community and my supportive colleagues. I love helping students grow and learn and I’m passionate about making learning fun, engaging, and meaningful! When I’m not in the classroom, you can find me watching Philly by sports, spending time with my family and pets, and shopping! I’m excited to be part of your child’s learning journey!
I have worked in the Washington Township school district for a few years as an elementary special education teacher before coming to preschool. My first teaching experience was at Whitman. I then moved to Hawaii to teach for a few years. I came back to the area and worked at Bells School. All of the schools I worked in hold a special place in my heart. I value spending time with my family, and friends. I love traveling back to Hawaii and visiting each summer.
I taught 2nd grade for four years, this is my second year teaching Pre-K and I am so excited to continue this adventure. I currently teach at Elwood Kindle. I was born and raised in Bellmawr,New Jersey. I also just bought my first home with my love Mike in Bellmawr. In my spare time I love to be a part of musicals and go to the beach. I love my job because watching children grow is truly something so special. It truly is the most rewarding career.
Hi, My name is Malinda Williamson. I have been teaching for 12 years. Four of those years I taught as a BSI Math teacher for Thomas Jefferson Elementary. I am a Pre-k 4 teacher at Kindle Elementary School. I enjoy spending time with my two kids (4) & (8) and my husband. We love to do hiking, arts and crafts, and we go to Disney every summer with our extended family. My favorite Disney character is Stitch! I love coming to work every day and see the children's smiling faces coming in to greet me every day. I can't wait to have another great year!
Hi! My name is Ms. Ramirez, and I’m so excited to be your child’s Pre-K 4 teacher this year! I graduated from Stockton University and have worked in early childhood education for several years. This is my first year at Kindle, and I’m thrilled to be part of such a warm and welcoming school community.
In our classroom, I strive to create a space where students feel safe, supported, and excited to learn through play, creativity, and meaningful connections.
Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with my family, friends, and my sweet dog. I enjoy going to the beach, watching movies, and exploring anything creative, especially designing, crafting, and trying new DIY projects.
I’m currently continuing my education and working toward my Master’s in Education, because I believe that learning never stops, for teachers or for students. I can’t wait to get to know your family and make this a year full of joy, growth, and wonderful memories!
Hi! My name is Mrs. Bailey, I am in my 13th year of teaching and I absolutely love it! I live here in Washington Township with my husband, Craig, our two daughters, Naomi, Amelia and we are expecting our little boy this Fall. I also have 2 Boston Terriers and an orange tabby cat. When I am not teaching you can find me spending time with my family and friends, relaxing by the pool or watching Philly sports teams. Go Birds!
Gross Motor Teachers
Raani Agrawal earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Business and her Master’s degree in Education. She holds New Jersey certifications in Educational Supervision, School Business Administration, STEM Education, among other instructional areas. Her teaching experience spans early childhood through secondary education, and she currently teaches in early childhood education within Washington Township Schools. She has also served the district as an ELA Interventionist, State Testing Coordinator, and Intervention & Referral Services Coordinator. Raani’s teaching philosophy centers on fostering strong literacy skills, building solid academic foundations, and creating supportive, engaging environments where all students, K–12, can grow with confidence and curiosity.
