UNIFORM INSTRUCTIONS & SPIRIT GEAR

As of July 12 

New and returning families will receive a message directly from Soccer Post with the subject line:  Welcome to West Side Soccer League 2025–2026.

This year, Soccer Post has upgraded their ordering platform, which should make the process even easier to navigate. They have also expanded our selection of spirit gear and accessories (woot woot!).

Uniform Cycle Reminder:
Our club follows a new uniform cycle every two years. This is an off-cycle year, so new uniforms are only required for new players. Updated styles and jerseys will be introduced for all players in the 2026–2027 season.

Uniform Requirements

New Players (Mandatory Kit):

• Two game jerseys (white for away, blue for home)

• 1 x Practice t-shirt (we recommend purchasing 2-3)

• 1 x game short

• 1 x game socks

Returning Players:

• Keep existing jersey number unless otherwise notified.

• Use last year’s uniform unless you need replacements or additional items.

All Players:

• Must provide their own soccer shoes (turf or cleats) and shin guards.

• Assigned jersey numbers will appear automatically when ordering.

• (Note: The number shown on the website jersey image is a sample and not your child’s assigned number.)

Ordering Process

• Orders are placed directly through the Soccer Post website.

• Today July 12, both new and returning families will receive an email from Soccer Post. 

• This email will include your login details and ordering instructions (see attached for a sample image).

• Please check your inbox and spam folder carefully. If you (or the designated family member whose email is attached to the order account) do not receive the email today, contact Soccer Post directly using the information below.

Important Notes

• Your child’s name and assigned uniform number should appear automatically upon login. If it does not, please contact Soccer Post immediately.

• For families with multiple children in the Travel program, you will receive one email that includes all of your registered players. 

  • When placing your order, be sure to click on the name of the child you are purchasing items for.

  • Each player's uniform order must be completed separately within the same account.

• We understand that some families have two households or multiple caregivers involved. Since each player’s account is linked to a single email address, we kindly encourage you to communicate with one another to confirm the order has been placed. This will help ensure your child is fully prepared and avoid any confusion or delays.

Ordering Deadline

• All game/practice uniform orders must be placed by July 18. Yes, that is very soon.

• Orders placed after this date may not arrive before the season starts. We strongly recommend ordering as soon as possible.

Sizing

• Sizing samples are available at the Soccer Post Manhattan location:

• CrossBar Soccer Post  250 W 86th St (at Broadway)

• We highly recommend visiting with your child if you have any sizing questions.

Scholarship Players

• If you are a new player who applied for a scholarship, you qualify for a uniform discount. We will contact you directly with further details.

Spirit Gear

• We’re excited to share that Soccer Post has expanded their Spirit Gear offerings this year! You’ll find a wider variety of gear and accessories for both players, parents, and fans including jackets, hoodies, beanies and more.
