AP Calculus BC No summer work. A graphing calculator (TI- 84 or TI-89) is required for the course.
This rigorous course includes topics such as derivatives, limits, integrals, polar, parametric, and vector functions, infinite series, and differential equations. This course is designed for students who intend to take the BC level of the Advanced Placement Exam in Calculus. Besides a BC test score, the CollegeBoard will also report an AB sub-score. AP Statistics No summer work.
The course will provide an introduction to statistical methods and data analyses that are common to a first-level collegiate course. Topics in both descriptive and inferential statistics will be addressed. This course prepares students for the Advanced Placement test in Statistics. College Algebra/MATH 103 - HACC No summer work. No textbook purchase is required.
This course covers the fundamental algebraic operations, exponents and radicals, systems of equations, higher degree equations, logarithms, matrices, and inequalities. This course satisfies 1 high school math credit and 3 credits for transfer from HACC. Students will need to meet eligibility requirements to enroll in this college-level course. Tuition payment is required for college credits.
College in High School (CHS)
Students earn both high school and college credits.
Students must enroll in the course at the college for credit.
