• Retry Mystery Event CFU (23 POINTS) "PARTNER RETAKE."  You can view your original score on IC.  Now get with a partner and try for a perfect score.  If you can earn 23/23, you will be awarded virtual wealth for the "GAME."

• "Oceans and Continents" WS,  Use time in class to complete the packet following the directions provided using the classroom WORLD ATLAS as needed.  Following the directions perfectly will earn you virtual wealth for the "GAME."

Weekly Reflections

• FINAL EXAM #2 (1st Attempt), I have a second final for you.  

• This one focuses more on your SPATIAL AWARENESS of different locations of countries, bodies of water, major cites and landforms.  Like the test last week, this one is NOT graded.  It is merely a chance to see what you already know.

FRIDAY: (B DAY)

• BATTLESHIP (DAY 1), In order to plot the movement of the "INFECTION," we need to have a better understanding of LONGITUDE and LATITUDE.  This WS will help with that.  

• "SAFE ZONES "Guesses and Theories",  You will be asked to place "SAFE ZONES" on a map.  You will guess first then I will give you more information so you can make decions based on evidence and ultimately save more lives.

Weekly Reflections

• FINAL EXAM #2 (1st Attempt), I have a second final for you.  This one focuses more on making sense of the classroom mural hanging in my classroom.  

• Unlike the first final, this one asks you to makes connections between what you know about US HISTORY and your understanding of the mural.  

• It is not graded, but it will give me a chance to see what you think you know about the mural.    

THURSDAY:  (A DAY)

• RWT #1 (18 POINTS), You will have 30 minutes to take this reading assessment.  It provided more information about "EXPLORATION and COLONIZATION."  In the 30 minutes provied, you will have the opportunity to try for the highest score through resubmissions id needed.  

• England's "1st Three Colonies"  (Page 3-7), We are going to use the last 30 minutes of the BLOCK to look at Great Britain first three attempts at colonization by comparing and contrasting Roanoke Colony, Jamestown Colony and Plymouth Colony.
