*** If you are requesting transcripts to be sent OUT of state, you must provide the exact address where they need the transcript sent. If we do not have the full address, they will not be sent.

If you completed concurrent enrollment classes and are wanting to have your college transcripts sent, you will send those through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Directions: You will select the green Order-Track-Verify button on the right hand side and select Order a Transcript from the drop box. You will then enter the name of the school you're requesting your transcripts from (most likely Weber State University). You will then enter your information and what college's you'd like those transcript sent to. There is a $5 fee to send your college transcripts.
